Dear Aman Arora thank you for your availability to collaborate and comments. The scale was elaborated based on a wide literature review, and we conducted the validation of the scales by experts, considering the three languages. The intention is to conduct the application of a multicriteria method based on the results, to generate a ranking of alternatives to be prioritized considering the countries and segments. So, the scales are aimed to conduct the elicitation process in a multicriteria modelling perspective.
