Does anyone here have an idea how to download all the consensus sequences of transcription factor response elements (human only)?
I have tried to work with several databases and software tools. So far, I have been able to create a list all the motifs (where they are located but not their actual sequences) where transcription factors (human only) supposed to associate with. However, that is not exactly what I want. The most up to date database I can find is Jaspar. However, it is not very intuitive to work with. So, I am just wondering if anyone here has an idea how to archive this?

Response elements are short sequences of DNA within a gene promoter region that are able to bind specific transcription factors and regulate transcription of genes. Under conditions of stress, a transcriptionactivator protein binds to the response element and stimulates transcription.
