Hello. I am a student of "Business Administration" , and i want to do my research on how we can control, manage and ensure discipline in the roads of Bangladesh. As we can see that even after having certain rules and laws, passengers & drivers don't have any respect for the traffic system, which results in various major and minor accidents.
As it's and important issue in our country, I will be researching the root causes of this problem, and talk about what needs to be done.

The problems of the rules following is not because of strict low or civilian . It's only because of government servants which is corrupt and that's why the people think it's ( following rules and regulation) nothing serious we can easily can get out from anything . That's why in our country road accident is happening often .
Collect primary data through questionnaire from people of particular region and identify which factors shape their behaviour like Liberal laws, lesser panelty, not having values of life of own and others etc.....

This is a huge topic to study. I believe this book can help you to limit the issue you are interested in and also it can help you to be familiar with the research methods in traffic psychology.
This is an issue as daily there are road accidents caused by reckless driver and there vehicles fitness is sometimes not cleared still drive it on road. Some even drive on road without any license which is why these problems are talking place. Looking forward to your research.
We feel most of the annoying traffic jams in Dhaka. Because Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh , is the most densely populated city in the whole world. To reduce traffic jam, government can consider construction of roads through east-west connection of Dhaka city, construction of circular embankment-cum-road along the periphery of Dhaka city, grade separated road network system, bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system, and Metro-Rail system. By reducing traffic jam, this city can play a very important role by ensuring healthy environment free from noise and pollution.
At present traffic congestion is a big problem in our country. The main reason for this is non-compliance with traffic rules. Drivers are often seen driving without a license. Due to which road accidents are constantly happening.Best of luck.Looking forward to your work
We know that Dhaka is the biggest city in Bangladesh .It's very famous city for so many reason and one reason is traffic jam.The primary cause of this unbearable traffic congestion in Dhaka city is the increasing demand of private cars, lack of public transportation, road transportation as the only means of transportation, inefficient management, lack of the use of Intelligent transportation systemlack of resources and unplanned .
I also think that the main reason for this is the BRTC and the traffic police, because when a driver goes to take a driving test at BRTC, many fail and many get BRTC driving license illegally.
So to make these problems easier we need to tighten the traffic police and BRTC rules and regulations and turn off the illegal way.
