I consider it very unlikely that such data exist. TEV protease is normally used in vitro for removing affinity tags after protein purification. There is no incentive to perform expensive in vivo toxicity testing.
There ARE such data! We recently published a paper in which TEV was added to the medium to cleave GFP from synuclein specifically on the outside of cells (PMID: 33497415) (to distinguish extracellular fluorescence from internalized GFP-syn). We got nice extracellular TEV cleavage of GFP-syn and saw no toxicity. Try it!
