Nowadays, due to the increase of Websites to online hotel booking, hotel managers need to change continuously the room prices in order to be competitive with other competition hotels. In this case, the aim consists to predict the precise room price to obtain maximum profit in each moment.

The specificity of a hotel is that if the opportunity to sell a room is missed, it is lost forever. Hotels do everything possible to fill the availability in advance and as early as possible.

One of the most important parts of such researches is the capacity to forecast the future hotel demand. The basic idea was to use computing techniques based on Machine Learning to develop models useful to predict future room bookings (occupancy) for each calendar day, by means of the use of the hotel historical reservation data and the characteristics of each day (season, month, day of the week, events, etc.), combined with rooms value.
