This publication said that the total collagen content in mg/g dry matter is near 3.3 in LD, Looking in the bibliography I can find similar values but for mg/g wet matter. Please can someone with expertise in collagen measurement let me know which are the common levels?

I suggest also to check collagen results expressed as mg hydroxyproline/g wet tissue which are reported around 0.51 in longissimus thoracis and 0.61 in longissimus lumborum of young bulls (see the paper of Torrescano et al 2003, Meat Science 64, 85-91)
If the transformation of Hydroxyproline in Collagen is multiplying by 7.46, the levels of total collagen in LT are 3.80 mg collagen/g wet tissue also for Torrescano, and I obtain similar levels. So I can conclude that the units in the Chriki et al. article are wrong. Thank you for your help I was confused about if I was wrong in my calculations.
According to Chriki et al, (Italian Journal of Animal Science 2013; volume 12:e41) collagen content in young bulls is on average 25±7 mg/g dry matter with important differences between cuts. In other publications, it is about 3.8 micro-g OH-proline / mg DM. The conversion of OH-proline to collagen is between 7.1 and 8 according to authors.
After reading other answers, please note that some authors work in mg per g wet tissue as Torrescano and others as Chriki in mg per g dry matter. Of course, values expressed per g dry matter are much higher. In other words, if you have about 3-5 mg / g wet tissue, it is normal to have about 15-25 mg / g dry tissue.
