Dear all,
I am trying to simulate an organic system. when I try to add ions, I faced the following error:
Fatal error:
Topology include file "tryptophan.itp" not found
I modified my .top file as the following:
#include "tryptophan.itp"
#include "./charmm27.ff/spc.itp"
#include "charmm27.ff/ions.itp"
How can I fix this error?
