Tononi's IIT Phi an inverse-correlation with Negentropy?

Has anyone noticed that IIT's Phi (a measure of cause-effect power) and predicted by Tononi et al to be a measure of Consciousness, directly correlates with Negentropy? If this hypothesis is correct it would mean that Phi also correlates for example directly with the Glasgow Scale of Consciousness.
