Among anti-CD3, CD28, OX40, 41BB, which is better to be bound antibody and which is better to be secreted antibody in order to stimulate T cells?
And why there is such a difference of function between bound antibody and secreted antibody?
Hi Suipwksiow,
I think it depends on the target. For some targets bound antibody will be better and for other targets "free" antibody works best.
For CD3 bound Ab is better.
With kind regards,
Ronald
