Among anti-CD3, CD28, OX40, 41BB, which is better to be bound antibody and which is better to be secreted antibody in order to stimulate T cells?
And why there is such a difference of function between bound antibody and secreted antibody?

I think it depends on the target. For some targets bound antibody will be better and for other targets "free" antibody works best.
For CD3 bound Ab is better.
