To plot effective material loss vs frequncy for an optical fiber (designed using COMSOL), Can anyone suggest me the steps to calculate and plot?

I need the steps for calcualting the EML for different frequecny and how to plot it in excel. How do I extract the computed data from comsol and plot it.
