I am going to integrate CST Microwave Studio with CST Design Studio, adding a diode to my planar antenna, to rectify the output voltage. However, I am not able to add a diode as the Device Model Library is empty and there is no file to be imported.
would you please kindly advise me on how can I solve the problem?

To analyze a circuit containing an electronic device such as diode you have to model the diode by its .model card which can be imported from ADS or from PSPICE.

You can use the diode model from the diode datasheet you are using
.Extract the values of the equivalent circuit of the diode for ON and OFF modes and place the plate on the dimensions of the diode instead of the diode in the antenna you design, and enter the values of the equivalent circuit of the diode in the ON and OFF modes of the diode.

From your problem it is appear that you are trying to rectifying the RF energy picked by an antenna from free space. For this, we can look problem as, a RF generator is feeding signal to RF diode for rectification and rectified output you are utilizing as DC for further use. in your problem antenna acts as RF signal generator and diode is as rectifying element.
For rectification you are using some typical diode. For optimum performance it is suggested to use Shockley diode. after choosing suitable diode for your application. Pl. go detailed data sheet of diode supplied by diode manufacturer and note its spice model equivalent circuit and model the same in CST Design Studio and add this model into component library of CST Design Studio. mostly all commonly available device are already available in component library CST Design Studio. at this point we completed first step. Now in second step we need to model the antenna which you are planning to use, in CST Microwave Studio after optimizing the antenna for required frequency of operation in next step in your CST Microwave Studio model screen at bottom (Screen shot is attached as file) you notice one button namely "schematic" click it you will get equivalent model of your antenna import this antenna model from CST Microwave Studio to CST Design Studio. In CST Design Studio use this imported antenna model as RF generator/source to feed diode model which we have created at first step and place a monitor the output from diode. after running (solving) of CST Design Studio model output of diode is you RF rectified output.
