Have anyone working about thing layer chromatography of bioemulsifiers. I have several problems with the visualization of spots.Which mobile phase, developer reagents can use (with the detail of preparation) to detect either sugar, lipids and proteins are present in its structure?

Like so many things in life, the best answer is, "It depends." In this case, it will depend on what your bioemulsifiers are. They can be as simple as small molecules like monosaccharide esters or sterol esters, or they can be large and complex, like lipopolysaccharides or proteoglycans. Each will have its own method of analysis. TLC is suitable for the smaller molecules. My experience is with carbohydrates, and simple charring with sulfuric acid or more sensitive staining with something like Bounias' method (attached) would work. The solvents will depend on your structures, and may be hydrophilic like aqueous acetonitrile, or more hydrophobic in the case of sugar esters. For more complex, high-MW materials, TLC is generally not applicable, unless you break the molecule down and look at the monomeric components. To just focus on one method like TLC for analysis of a broad class of materials is probably an overly simplistic approach.
You have to try to use many type of TLC plate acidic basic neutral and reversed phase to check stability of target compounds then to see your spot you can use many things

3. Put TLC plate in iodine that oxidize compound and show the spot
