For my enteroids establishment, I have been using scalpel to mince fetal intestine but still te tissue remain fragmented rather than minced. Do you have any better techniques for mincing?

What biomarkers I can look for within the cultured enteroids to prove that the enteroids actually grown from fetal intestine?
