I have previously utilized negatively stained carbon grids for my experiments. Now, I require additional images for those test compounds and grids. Would using the previously stained grids yield satisfactory TEM images with the TEM technai machine?
Definitly yes. I've looked at grids decades later as demonstration grids for students, and they look the same as the day I prepared them.
