how are You using TiO2 in thin film solar cells?
Solar cells are very important renewable energy resources. Improving the efficiency and reducing price of PV devices are the main aims.
It wolud be addressed by using thin film layers. TiO2 is very attractive candidate as component in thin film solar cells. TiO2 is a n-type and wide-band gap semiconductor.
I study solar cells based TiO2 as buffer layer.

TiO2 is used as an electron transport layer in perovskite solar cells and in DSSCs.
In the last type of solar cells, the TiO2 is made as a porous later to act not only as an ETRL but also as a scaffold layer supporting the the very thin Die layer.
