how are You using TiO2 in thin film solar cells?

Solar cells are very important renewable energy resources. Improving the efficiency and reducing price of PV devices are the main aims.

It wolud be addressed by using thin film layers. TiO2 is very attractive candidate as component in thin film solar cells. TiO2 is a n-type and wide-band gap semiconductor.

I study solar cells based TiO2 as buffer layer.
