Hi,

In my current study, I want to co-express three different plasmids into one cell line. I want only cells that have three transfected plasmids would grow into culture. I am planning to use blasticidin, puromycin, and hygromycin as a selective marker for each plasmid. My concern is that whether the BSD (blasticidin resistance gene) can make the cell resist to puromycin or hygromycin, and vice versa.

Could anyone advise me about that problem? And I am willing to learn if there are other methods to select only cells that have all three transfected plasmids.

Thank you very much.
