How to determine band edge position from Mott-Schotky plot and DRS UV-Vis?

Dear everyone,

I am working on photocatalytic materials and need to determine the band edge position values from Mott-Schottky and DRS UV-Vis. However, when determining Ecb and Evb from the M-S plot, I am unsure which value to select, as different papers present various calculation methods. According to the attached figure, what value should I use for Ecb? -1.00 or -0.28 (E calculated according to the AgCl/Ag electrode potential). Thank you.
