Im not getting your question clearly, Im answering to ur question as what i understood.There are many simulation tools to visualize and to perform simulation .

          Some of the Simulation tools to visualize a topology are mininet cum miniEDIT,  OMNeT++  these are the open source simulation software.   And the commercially available simulation software are OPNET,QualNet   .

By using the all above software yo can build a topology and you can analyze the required parameter

I believe there is several extensions to TOSSIM. For example, TinyViz is a visualization tool you can try out. There are other extensions as well, such as PowerTOSSIM, which is an extension for energy consumption modeling.

In fact, the TinyViz is obsolete now, and it was designed for tossim 1.0

thanks for the update - I was working with TOSSIM few years back, and we used TinyViz. You are correct, it is obsolete now. Thanks for the new solution.
