Prinstine Graphene's have different properties; some have more defects than others. So colour change or physical properties depend alot on the crystallinity of the the graphene sheets. So you need at least one physical characterization like TEM, or AFM. Results depend alot on how well you can separate the re-stacked sheets orelse you still cannot check very well.
