Each are to their own context. Hence there is no 'one size fits all' approach when it comes to leadership. One has to adopt a style that is fitting to the environment or if they wish to change the environment/ context. You can also try a 'hybrid' approach by combining different leadership styles.

Reverse your thinking: Problems can be technical, complicated, and complex. Complex problems are messy—chaotic by definition. Complicated are within reach but multifaceted. Technical requires the right know how but has been done before. Most leadership problems resulted from a mixture of the three—there is no one, right answer.
