Hello, in my opinion, utilizing a blend of Isometric and Isotonic exercises proves to be a more efficient approach for enhancing the muscular strength of individuals dealing with osteoarthritis. This approach takes into account factors like age, overall health, as well as psychological and social factors. To alleviate pain and enhance the durability and stability of the knee joint, I incorporated static contractions for the muscle groups that target the knee joint.
