I Wanna starting to stuy in Programming Language in GIS. I Checked and Found that the Programming in GIS is popular, such as WebGIS. but I am Confused that which Programming Language is useful and popular. Please Introduce me the Software(s) that Used for This Problem.

For web applications I suggest Javascript which provides you with lots of APIs.

For scripting, automation, analysis etc. Python might be a good option, since you can use it to work with GDAL, QGIS, ArcGIS, and many many more.
The power of the programming languages is not only in how fast they work or how easy it is to write your script, but in the size of their user community. At the moment, there are a lot of opensource activities based on those I mentioned.
You should also keep in mind that things change all the time and there is no guarantee that a a set of languages that you take will still be popular in a 5 years time. So one has to adapt/update all the time.
