I agree that objectively probable false information should, at the very least, be labeled as such in public spaces, and possibly moved to dissemination channels where credibility is not required of contributors.

I think the managers of influential mass media must have the right to refuse to spread knowingly false information at all. As for "moved to dissemination channels where credibility is not required of contributors", the problem is that - a lot of uneducated people do not understand the difference between authoritative and unauthorized sources of information, therefore they often become "useful idiots" in the hands of information manipulators like Trump or Zelensky.
