Thanks for your interesting answer. But you know the enzyme in slavia even could somewhat hydrolysis the carbohydrate of bread. Anyhow, western people were used to put a relatively big amount of sugar in there coffee and tea before second world war but then they reduced significantly even they drinking with no sugar but the ratio of cancer decreased due to that? Perhaps I disagree with you .. But in my opinion that tea sugar decomposes directly in the mouth by the enzyme sucrase in saliva, unlike sugar found in fruits and vegetables so that it enters the stomach and small intestine and decomposes there ..

I agree with Mr Sameer...

The molecule of sucrose gives by hydrolysis two molecules glucose and fructose. This molecules participate in glycolysis reactions to produce intermediate compounds and energy in whether for healthy or cancer cells. Since almost all foods are dependent on sucrose, because it prices is low and abundant, so it is the most important source of cancer cells in their growth and development.

How does the body deal with aspartame?
