If you are using "Electromagnetic wave, frequency domain" module, go to "wave equation, Electric" settings, under "Electric displacement field" choose "Drude-Lorentz dispersion model" and enter the values for the parameters.
Be careful about the units. Also the formula for Drude-Lorentz model in Comsol is a bit different from what you find in most literature.
