It often coming into my practical experiences, and I am feeling empty proportionally as much I am getting close to the research and development and watching the world with bare eyes!!!

You might be observing a cognitive bias identified in Social Psychology as the Dunning-Kruger Effect. People lacking competence over-estimate their abilities due to poor meta cognition. People with greater competence under-estimate their abilities due to a false consensus effect - they assume things they find easy are easy for everyone. However, intelligence is not the same as competence. Intelligent people acquire competency in what they practice. But even the most intelligent people can't possibly be experts in everything. Analysis of Dunning-Kruger effect explains that the more a person knows about a given topic, the more aware they become of how much there is to know - and therefore how little they really know. That's one reason for why an intelligent person might feel doubtful about their own knowledge or ability.
Another reason for that, in some cases, might be what's known as the Impostor Syndrome.

Dear researchers,
The research of intelligent person should never stop. Because of that it is reasonable to be confident in a picture of reality you built to the moment, but not to be sure that this picture would be changed in future. It is not static at all. Do what you should, and allow future happens its own way.
