Hello Researchers,

I am working on extracting DNA from a patient's blood sample using the Hamilton NIMBUS Presto. some biological particles are visible in the final elute. this is carry over from initial blood samples along with the DNA during magnetic beads washing steps.

1. will it affect the downstream application?

2. do you have any suggestion remove using in the automation itself (manual magnetic bead removal is partially effective)?

3. will it have any impact on long term storage?
