If the population in every part of the world will not have the culture to understand what are the true problems of the earth it will be' impossible to manage waters, lands, urban enviriments in a sustainable manner.

The future will not be' happy, 8 billion of people on the earth, who cause the climatic changes, probably are too much for the resilience capacity of our Planet.
