i am working on a dissertation on the experiences of outreach workers who work with the homeless. Question is, what are their experience of the crisis caused from being homeless, verses the homeless epidemic/crisis.
i am seeking suggestions on crisis theories that can use in my study to guide the study.

Their is a population of homeless people that have a variation of "who", really is homeless, "why", they are homeless, and "how", the life choices that makes them homeless. I've found that no matter how great or bad things really are they are misused and abused which happens in every system. Could it be a crisis because of this?
