I find it interesting to see this question as I have been struggling with how to present an argument describing how modern science, especially replicable experiments in some aspect of Consciousness Studies, seem to dictate the necessity of such an entity, and one that fulfills most of the attributes ascribed to such an ultimate entity in most religions
That there are dimensions beyond the 3 (or 4 if time is included) that are commonly accepted is widely accepted in modern physics, how many may be debated but not their existence. Near Death Studies (a specific field in Consciousness Studies) suggests several aspects of at least one such dimension. Other aspects of Consciousness Studies, such as those begun at Princeton in the 1980's and continued into the early 2000's suggest the possibility of multiple entities working together to produce results greater than the sum of the parts. There are traditions that suggest that multiple individual entities can work together to produce a separate and greater nonphysical entity. Combining all these aspects allows for a divine entity that fulfills all four of your categories, even as it is likely that from any given single perspective, one or more specific aspects of a category might not be clearly presented.
