1- You only considered production organizations, so your three main categories of processes are designed according to production organizations, what will service organizations look like according to your model?

2- And what standard has been extracted from different parts of the organization based on what standard? For example APQC?

1- Although this category has considered the production organizations, it can be generalized to the service organizations. Needless to say, the construction of this category must be rearranged to the service organizations by the experts. The majority of changes belong to the main processes, and the leadership/supportive processes do not need major changes.

2- The basis of extracting related to the different parts of the organization belongs to ISO 9001:2015.
