I need to calculate band to band tunneling rate and i have come across a problem. I cannot regenerate Gbtb curves (Generation rate vs Electric field magnitude) and I believe it's a dimension related problem and i'm not sure if i have entered the parameters with proper unit conversion. can you please comment on this issue?

What are the correct units related to each parameter(Eg band gap energy, hbar reduced Planck constant, mr electron effective mass, q unit electron charge, F electric field magnitude) used in this formula?
