How can the educators teach the students in a way that enables them to build their uniqueness and add new innovated touches to the society?

the reason backing my answer: I have been advocating the design Of intermediaries in mathematics education.

when I tried this methodology in schools ( cannot take names due to research ethics) the teachers themselves Revealed that They teach Because it’s a ‘job’ and are not passionate about teaching

i am talking in context to my own experience and based on the data from 5 local schools

If you are asking the question of the educator, I would say that the answer to your question should be along the lines of; "How can I best engage my learners so they can achieve the best possible outcome(s)" or something similar. Creativity and innovation would then align with pedagogy (or if you subscribe to it - Knowles version of androgogy) and this will be limited by the knowledge of the educator /teacher as they may be familiar with techniques, skills and processes which have hitherto not been applied to teaching the topic /curriculum required.

The learners in the current environment are armed with knowledge because they are exposed to the digital world

in this current scenario the teacher has to be extremely creative and motivated

purely based on my experience

how best can i teach that keep the student in the best state with maximum absorbing of the knowledge imparted.
