I think there is some mistake in understanding of the question.

I do not want to mean anything related with 'bad', rather about the mistakes!

We may behave roughly with anybody. It is a mistake. We may insult anybody due to misunderstanding .... like that.

The question is asked not to get any confession, but to check the mental ability to identify self mistake/s.

As per one of my friend (psychotherapist), many people can not having the power and that has gender bias.

Honestly I introspect every night when I am in bed and improve my way of working to ensure that I don't repeat such errors including my attitude towards my colleagues and subordinates

When I look back, I can quite easily find out many mistakes that I have committed in past. Sometimes I do repent for some of those acts, even today.

-I overthink a lot.

-I am generally calm but if someone crosses my definitions of limits, I can be easily exasperated.

-I like to do things just in time which has almost backfired quite a few times.

It is a sign of maturity to accept our mistakes and I can prepare a list of it.

Mistakes are relative and vary from one point of time to the other when viewed with dynamic maturity of a particular person. A mistake may not be a mistake in the eye of others. Again a mistake if never understood at all is definitely not a mistake.

So if I want to list them right now I may commit another mistake for viewing one or some of my act/acts as a mistake which was so long considered a good deed only.

To try to list my follies, therefore, would be the #1 point in the list of mistakes of mine.

One of my mistakes is that I do not take a decision in a hurry manner which makes me have a delay in making the decision although this is relative.

It is the feeling of the people who fail to identify any mistake in their life.

But it is not true, as per my consideration. Everybody perform mistakes in life, but can not identify it.

Self criticism is important for self improvement otherwise you repeat your mistakes and remain the same person.

I can write my list of mistakes and plan how not to repeat them.

It is not easy to confess and make lists of our very own mistakes, but one good thing is that these mistakes of mine were harmful, only, to me and not to others; again, our mistakes, who affect us, ultimately affect our loved ones, when our loved ones see us suffering due to these mistakes, they are affected, too. We, want or dare...to make lists or not,....they are echoing time and again in our lives.

We learn from our mistakes. Therefore, mistakes in life is very important aspect.

As the quote by Theodore Roosevelt " The only man who never makes a mistake is the man who never does anything". People do mistakes in their lifetimes including me. And for me, I can write the mistakes done by me.

Our Maturity offer us the befitting action of our problems & if its solution not reasonable , with our contemplation & thinking phase we can necessary make the change in our action of our mistakes.

Mistakes are not for our deficiency but it is the way to move toward efficiency & as such it is not advisable to quote the mistakes of our life in the above line & in t his case it is no use of crying over split milk .

I AM GREATFUL TO MANY PEOPLE OF MY PREVIOUS GENERATIONS.

When I enter in a library, I observe the books as the cumulative gathering of different types of thoughts of the people of the previous generations. I got only a very little portion of that vast water of the sea and trying to add a little with it. The entire Human Civilization is depending on this process, I think!!!!

Practically, the process is not so easy. I follow this process personally. In my surroundings, I also requested many persons to try that process. One interesting observation is that some men said that they have performed it, BUT NO WOMEN SAID SO. They said many things, but not practiced it!!!
