I think that means the reviewers have finished and sent their reviews back and the Editor needs to look at it to give the final decision. How long it takes after this varies from one journal to another, unfortunately, and nobody can really tell you how much longer you will be waiting.

Saying that, it is much shorter than some other people have said - sometimes, some people say months or longer!
