I would be very grateful if anyone would give me information on test methods for determination of dry weight, ash, total phosphorus and total nitrogen in solid and semi-solid wastes whose main components are waxes and paraffins.

Not my field, but if these materials are difficult to dry without change, it may be better to measure the water content. As to measuring N and P, classical Kjeldahl digestion with a Se or Hg catalyst and sufficient K2SO4 to raise the BP to near 400 degrees (preferably a controlled T block) will destroy the matrix and should recover the elements.
