I am considering to acquire a second hand table-top SEM to observe protozoa. I am well aware of the techniques to observe protozoa and other unicellular organisms (down to 10µm)

My questions are: Can I maintain such a device in a private house. ?

What are the second hand price ranges ? (I precise Table top models)

What would be the best models ? (Price/benefit)

And most of all: how to service it myself ?
