Biontron is emerging and therefore seems to be little bit more competitive in terms of costs but also Genescript is quite cheap in general.

Some things you want to think about before discussing a price quote/order:

What do you need your antibody for ? Do you need to immunise or library screen with the native protein? If you need detection antibodies mainly for Western blot detection, you can go for antibodies against synthetic peptides representing the regions most likely to be immunogenic. Coupled with some secondary structure / structure prediction, you can identify potential epitopes that are likely to be accessible in the folded state. What is the domain organisation or your protein? Frequently, recombinant expression of individual domains is easier than to express the full-length protein, especially in the case of membrane proteins. Are there any post-translational modification you want to either avoid targeting, or wish to specifically target with the antibodies?

Do you actually want/need antibodies, or would an easy to express and adapt alternative framework such as a DARPin be more suitable for your specific need?
