Do you know of any local or national symbols for reytaturanrs or hotels serving only locally produced food? I have heard of something called 10 kms hotels in Germany, but I can't f8nd it on the internet. Can you share such symbols in your country?

10km or 0km is not a certified symbol/seal given by an organization as far as I know but more a philosophy that restaurants/hotels claim for themselves...
more or less certified terms for Germany are 'Bio Hotels' (https://www.biohotels.info/) or for restaurants there is the seal of greentable (https://www.greentable.de/). In Austria there is the AMA seal (https://amainfo.at/ama-siegel/ama-gastrosiegel/) for restaurants which use regional products. And there is the slow food guide (https://www.slowfood.de/publikationen/buecher/genussfuehrer/)...
