I have recently received an e-mail from the so-called 'SunKrist Publishing Pvt Ltd', inviting me to become a 'member'. They offered me unlimited 'submission' of articles for 1 year for 'just $ 3000'. Can a publisher be more predatory than that?

Listed addresses are locations, not actual legal addresses. In fact, the listed address on the attached Editor certificate is located between a pet feed store and a strip mall.

Interestingly, one "Editorial Board Member" seems to be active in predatory publishing: https://www.ped-mind-institute.de/; https://www.ped-mind-institute.de/covid-19; https://praxis-bittmann.de/
More interestingly, he writes this very prominently on his Ped page:
Research interests are based on clinical studies of rare diseases like COVID-19, Alice in Wonderland Syndrome, Hydranencephaly and other rare diseases in childhood. Anthroposophic therapeutics like medical honey for wound management play also an important role in pediatric care. Moreover we focus on innovative research in virtual reality, social roboters (Avatar) and artificial intelligence in pediatrics. All manuscripts and works done by PMI are non-profitial and not supported by any grants.
(Emphasis mine) I would also bet that they will soon drop the German address as listing Germany opens them (business practices and all) up to legal actions similar to what VDM/Omniscriptum/LAP faced when they moved to Latvia.
Also interesting is how many different predatory journals these so called "authors" and "editorial board members" seem to cross-publish in. They even plagiarize themselves and submit essentially the same "paper" for publication to multiple predatory publishers, which gets "published" multiple times.
I suggest you read a few of the craptastic "articles" published to see for yourself that they never went through any kind of serious peer-review or editorial process.
I suspect the shills here on RG (and yes, there are many shills here) will soon come around to defend publishing with predators in order to advance their "careers".
However, there seems to be a new player in this realm with Maples Scientific Publishers - Mapsci Digital Publishers (opc) Private Limited is a Private(One Person Company) incorporated on 05 February 2019. It is classified as Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Its authorized share capital is Rs. 100,000 and its paid up capital is Rs. 10,000. It is inolved in Printing and service activities related to printing. I found this one by looking up the "publications" of some so-called "SunKrist Editorial Board Members". It wouldn't surprise me if they were somehow connected within the predatory publishing world.
This SunKrist looks to be another OMICS or KEI or Crimson Publishers or many of the others listed here: https://www.professeur-alexandre-georges.info/dolos-list

This is strange as submitting articles have no value in predatory publishing. I can submit anything to most journals for free. Perhaps they wanted to say that they will publish anything they receive from the author for 1 year if they pay them 3.000?

Dear Bruno Chrcanovic , thanks for sharing. This SunKrist Publishing has fine business model based on paid membership! It is very sustainable predatory publishing model! It is predatory practice of the worst kind!
Milena B. Čukić when looking it up, I actually expected it to be another strip-mall location in Florida, as in "Sun Kissed" being the inspiration for SunK(r)ist (which is why I think a German language speaker might be very much involved). In fact, that is why I posted on the "German" connection.
Well-spotted. This ‘publisher’ is included in the update of the Beall’s list:
https://beallslist.net/#update
Together with the numerous red flags as indicated by Randolph B Caldwell this is unquestionably a predatory publisher. So clearly: avoid.
The ‘publisher’ “Maples Scientific Publishers” mentioned by Randolph B Caldwell is indeed yet another example in the still growing list of new predatory publishers (too new to be included in the Beall’s list but this is just a matter of time I guess). A quick look at their, misleadingly good-looking, site taught me that the assigned DOI nr. of the few papers they have ‘published’ are fake. Another one to avoid…
It is unbelievable and sad that this is still around there and apparently it is still profitable to start up a new (criminal kind of) business for as long as it last.
Randolph B Caldwell, that was my first thought too, haha. Like many 'companies' they throw a 'business offer' to any platform regardles to how nonsensical it is... many cloud platforms do their go to market similar way... so, who bites doesn't matter
Quality, confidence, energy and dream should never be compromised. Opportunity to "unlimited submission" means abundance of quantity at the cost of quality.
since you wrote in your most recommended answer[005]:
"...Interestingly, one "Editorial Board Member" seems to be active in predatory publishing: https://www.ped-mind-institute.de/; https://www.ped-mind-institute.de/covid-19; https://praxis-bittmann.de/ ...."
I just wanted to inform that the links are infunctional due to incorporating the ; (semicolon).
The whole, really impressive! - extent of "Editorial engagement" of the cited Dr. Bitterman (as of his CONTACT-data:
Stefan Bittmann, M.D., M.A. Hindenburgring 4 48599 Gronau, Germany ]
This is the first time I've seen such an advertisement. The aim of a scientist should not be to publish in any journal and focus solely on career advancement. Those who think this way reduce both their own quality and the reputation by publishing in such journals. What a shame!
Dear Bruno Chrcanovic , I have read this article and I find it reasonable to bring it here. There is no full text at RG, but I will attach tthe full version of the paper.
Predatory journals and their article publishing charges
This study examines the payment policies of a list of standalone predatory open access journals available on scholarlyoa.com. It is found that 72% do charge article publication fees (APCs), which is a higher percentage than found in DOAJ journals. The mean number of articles published during 2013 was 227, but ranged from 4 to 2,286 articles. The majority of journals charge low APCs and can be assumed to have modest annual incomes. There was no correlation between the amount of APC charged and the number of articles published. Comparing the number of journals charging APCs compared to the percentage from DOAJ, the findings suggest a connection between predatory practices and charging author fees. However, a comprehensive assessment of the dynamics of open access journal publishing beyond author charges should be done to avoid using APCs alone as a measure of whether a journal is predatory or not...
