Spring Book Department - are they just another print-to-order for-profit predator of the naive?

This looks a lot like Omniscript/Lambert/VDM style of "publishing", except with a Gmail address and a misspelled "WeChat". Not sure how that "peer review" is going to go, but I have my suspicions....
