Dear Researcher,
I am working on passion fruit juice, I have extracted fruit juice and kept in 4 oC, and i will measure sugar, acids and other nutritional contents from fruit juice after about 1 month.
1: i would like to know that this temperature is ok or not for the measurement of sugar, acids and nutritional contents from juice ?
2: Should i use the fresh juice or i should do Centrifuge the samples and keep in -40 or -80 oC for further analysis ?
3: If i will keep in -40 or -80 oC so when i will use so at that time how i should de-freez the samples? by using which method?
