hi, I am new to using R. I am trying to analyse the RNA seq data available online. I followed the template given on https://satijalab.org/seurat/articles/pbmc3k_tutorial.html to get a little understanding of how to process the data.

Now I want to do an analysis, where first I divide the cells into two groups, one express a certain gene or the other group does not, and then do the differential analysis. Can someone tell me what commands I need to use to first get two sets and how to do a differential analysis?
