I am working on inhibitors of human Wnt proteins in breast tumor. Does anyone know of a resolved structure of a Wnt protein available for download. Pdb does not have it. I checked prosite but can't get what I am looking for. If I need to build a structure what do I use as template?

Use the given (mRNA) sequence of your protein and use BLASTN search. Find homologous proteins which structure is solved and do a homology modeling. In some cases you can get very similar to your target structure.
the exact structure of Wnt proteins is currently not known. Wnt's are notoriously difficult to purify due to the hydrophopic nature of the 2 acyl chains post-translationally added by porcupine in the ER. However I think there is the crystal structure of a Wnt-Frizzled fusion protein...
I have found literature on the wnt-frizzled fusion protein but no structure deposted in the pdb. how to go about from here. i am trying the blastn and even swiss pdb template finder. but with little success.
i know it is possible to build structure de novo but what is the accuracy? i would appreciate anyone's comments
