I think you could either clone the repository for StructureHarvester in a terminal and run the stand-alone version of the program (from here: https://github.com/dentearl/structureHarvester/tree/master), or you could use something like CorrSieve in R (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/corrsieve/corrsieve.pdf).
although not completely identical, this website does a perfect job of combining CLUMPP and DISTRUCT, visualizing bestK and summarizing runs for grahical ouput : http://clumpak.tau.ac.il/
If you used Structure Harvester to get an idea about bestK, then CLUMPAK will serve you well.
