Hi all,

I am currently building a proposal for my master's research and am a little confused about the best statistical method of analysis to employ. I'm researching the mediating effect of remote work environments (assessed on a scale describing how often participants work from home) on the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational behaviour.

I will be looking to control for variables such as gender, age, personality and the emotional labour of individual roles (data which can be gathered by questionnaire) but I am not clear on the best way to tackle all the data.

From what I understand multiple regression may paint too simplistic a picture for what I'm trying to investigate but it has been a number of years since I've had to use statistical analysis so any guidance would be gratefully welcomed.

Many thanks,

Daniel
