The first question to ask is what are the properties of your DV. That tells you about your estimation method. The IVs are arranged based on what hypotheses you want to test eg moderation effects. look for a good book on linear models in the area you plan to do work. As far as I understand, you want to examine how remote work environment affects emotional intelligence and organizational behavior. Your purpose of study is to examine its facilitative effect rather than to investigate a cause-effect relationship. Structural equation modeling reveals the causal relationship between latent variable and expected variable and calculates measurement errors. It has an advantage over multiple regression in calculating measurement errors, but the purpose of your study does not fit well. Therefore, it makes more sense to use multiple regression in my opinion. If your aim is to reveal the causal relationship, you can use structural equation modeling. You should determine your purpose and target in the study and act accordingly. Good luck with your study..

Structural equation modeling (SEM) and multiple regression are two different issues. SEM is an integrated approach for latent variables and for other variables SEM is difficult to preform. You can use multiple regression for all types of variables but for causal relationships you have to use path or SEM.
