We are in the phase of developing the total T3 streptavidin based ELISA kit, in which we are facing problems: Standards are comming in range, samples are also in the range but when we use the Biorad Immunoassay control 1, 2 and 3 were not following the given range.

the values of the standards are good, it is encouraging, but it does not mean much. You have a good agreement for samples between your technique and one that you do not specify. Provide this reference technique correct results for Biorad controls?
