Strange clumps of cells appeared in my cell culture flask?

Hi. I’ve been culturing F11 cells since November 13th (1st pic) and yesterday I noticed strange clumps of cells (2nd and 3rd pic) appeared in my cell culture flask. The F11 cells seem to be dying quite a lot and I think it might be because of these strange clumps of cells.

Has anyone ever encountered this? And what is it?
