Sterilization of Sodium Citrate buffer as an anticoagulant?

Dear all,

Excuse me could you please inform me what is the best way to sterilize sodium citrate buffer as an anticoagulant?

Should I use autoclave 121°C for 15 minutes or filtration?

I appreciate if you kindly provide your answer with reference.
