Applied doesn't have a native mac version so for both you will have to use a virtual windows machine on your computer.

It have been a while but BioRad used to have a mac version for their qPCR software and I quite liked the CFX when I worked with it (nearly 10 years ago).

The Design and Analysis software v2.6 is Mac compatible and can be used to analyse data for both the SOP and QS3. The latter is meant to be a standalone device and certainly newer and with improved flexibility and more user friendly etc. Touch based if you wanted to explore more.
